Comment Guidelines

1. Comments will be posted when they contribute by adding information, opinions and ideas. Negative or contrary opinions are welcome as long as they don’t violate the common rules of netiquette. Those that do will be deleted.
2. Comments are subject to deletion if they meet the following definitions of flaming, trolling, or personal attacks:
   • flaming - messages which are hostile or deliberately insulting
   • trolling - making comments intended to induce an angry response or disrupt the flow of discussion
   • Personal attacks - derogatory, profane or offensive messages directed toward a specific individual.
3. Profanity, Personal attacks, Harassment and/or demonization of a particular individual will get your posting deleted and you banned
4. Any disruptive behavior, off-topic remarks or just plain being “That Guy” will get you noticed and moderated.

   Due to time constraints and because of all the other work we need to do, we’re unable to reply to questions about why a comment might have been moderated, or why someone was blocked for posting multiple inappropriate comments.

We use the information you provided about yourself at registration to authorize your access when you post messages on our discussion forum. We also record IP address you're using at the time of each posted messages.

We use the e-mail address you provided to confirm your discussion board password. Your addresses are not used for any other purpose other than registration for the BriefSynopsis.com newsletters, and will never be shared with outside parties and are not viewable by unregistered members.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers.
